In the period from September 6 to September 10, 2021, the Dynamo Society held the All-Russian interdepartmental competitions among the national teams of federal executive bodies of the Russian Federation in service and applied sports on the basis of the Horizon Park Hotel and the Patriot Military Patriotic Park.

Over the course of 5 days, the participants identified winners and prize-winners in 6 service and applied sports (service naval-1, service naval-2, service biathlon, shooting from combat hand-held small arms, combined single combat and all-around canine handlers).

The solemn ceremonies of opening and awarding the winners of the competition were attended by the Chairman of the Dynamo Society Anatoly Gulevsky, as well as representatives from the leadership of the federal executive body.

For the first time, the competition was held in a complex format, like an Olympiad. More than 230 athletes from 9 national teams of federal executive authorities (FSIN of Russia, Ministry of Justice of Russia, FSB of Russia, FSO of Russia, EMERCOM of Russia, FSSP of Russia, SVR of Russia, GUSP, Rosgvardia) took part in the competition.

The national team of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia was represented by 67 employees (59 athletes and 8 coaches-representatives). The team of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the only one of all teams, took part in all types of the competition program. At the same time, 10 employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia provided assistance in judging the competition.

According to the results of the team championship, the national team of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia won 8 cups for the first place, 4 cups for the second and 1 cup for the third place.

In order to identify the strongest athletes of the UIS and successfully perform at the competitions, the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Championships in shooting from combat hand-held small arms (Ryazan), service biathlon (Ufa) and training camps in all sports included in the competition program.

In the individual championship, UIS employees won 48 medals, including 23 gold, 15 silver and 10 bronze medals.
