In June, residents of four houses in the Golovinsky District began moving under the renovation program. The houses are located at the addresses: Onezhskaya street, houses 31, 33 and 43/70, as well as Smolnaya street, building 23, building 1. Within the first stage of resettlement under the renovation program (until 2024), it is planned to resettle 18 houses, the head said Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

“More than 30 families have already moved into new apartments. In total, it is planned to relocate residents of 18 houses in the Golovinsky district until 2024, ”the head of the department said.

He also recalled that three residential buildings have already been transferred for settlement in the area. “The houses are located at the following addresses: Flotskaya street, house 68, buildings 1 and 2, Avangardnaya street, house 10a. Of the 16 starting sites selected in the district, eight objects are being built and designed, three new buildings are being populated, one house has been commissioned and is being prepared for resettlement, preparations for construction and installation work are underway at four sites, ”said Sergei Levkin.

In total, 137 houses with a total area of ​​apartments of about 0.5 million square meters are to be resettled in the Golovinsky district. Three buildings are planned to be preserved and used after reconstruction, taking into account modern needs.
