In the Cosmonautics Museum of the V.I. G.S. Titov announced the results of the V open competition “Silver Wings-2021”. It is held among military cultural institutions and clubs of military units of the Aerospace Forces and the civilian sector. The organizer of the competition is the Central Officers’ Club of the Aerospace Forces of the Ministry of Defense of Russia. The main goal of the project is to study and generalize best practices, increase the level of methodological support.
The Central Officers’ Club of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Federation received 49 works from 18 regions of Russia.
The works were evaluated by an expert jury, which, at the invitation of the head of the Central Officers’ Club of the Aerospace Forces, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Luzhbin included:
Svetlana Ishmuratova – two-time Olympic champion, deputy head of the FAU of the RF Ministry of Defense CSKA for military-political work;
Vasily Dmitrichenko – leading methodologist of the methodological department of the Central House of Arts;
Irina Pavlyutkina – Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, editor of the department of culture and correspondent for the newspaper “Krasnaya Zvezda”;
Igor Melnichenko – First Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Continuing Professional Education of the city of Moscow “Moscow Center“ Patriot.Sport ”;
Asya Kompaniets – Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia, author of the patriotic action “Roads of Glory – Our History”, “Candle of Memory”;
Igor Sulim – Major General of the Reserve, sniper pilot, employee of the United Aircraft Corporation.
The jury was headed by the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces for military-political work, Major General Alexander Anatolyevich Maksimtsev.
The competition was held in the following nominations: “The best scenario of a cultural and leisure event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the first flight into space by Yu.A. Gagarin “; “Best Methodological Work”; “The best video about a cultural and leisure event”; “The best work in organizing cultural patronage over military personnel and their family members”; “The best scenario of a cultural and leisure event with the participation of the Yunarmiya movement.
The jury of the competition, having analyzed all the works, made the following decision:
In the nomination “The best scenario of a cultural and leisure event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the first flight into space, Yu.A. Gagarin ”, the first prize was awarded to the officer of the test results analysis department, Captain Mikhail Morozov (military unit 13991, Arkhangelsk region, Mirny);
In the nomination “The best methodological work (position, manual, instruction, script)” the first prize was shared by the commander of the Aerospace Forces Lieutenant General Vladimir Benediktov and the head of the department of culture and leisure of the 123rd House of Officers Leyla Druzhkina (Arkhangelsk region, Mirny);
In the nomination “The best scenario of a cultural and leisure event with the participation of the Youth Army” the first prize was awarded to the staff of the methodological support department of the All-Russian military-patriotic public movement “Youth Army” (Alexander Alekhin, Sargylana Zakharova, Oksana Akhpolova);
In the nomination “The best video on holding a cultural and leisure event” the first prize was awarded to Lieutenant Colonel Oleg Chermoshentsev and Captain Konstantin Nazarov (Voronezh, VUNC of the Air Force “Air Force Academy” named after Professor N.E. Zhukovsky and Yu.A. . Gagarin);
In the nomination “The best work in organizing cultural patronage over servicemen and members of their families” the first prize was awarded to the head of the club of military unit 35020 Irina Khlystova (Irkutsk region, Usolskiy district, settlement Stepnoy).
The Grand Prix of the competition this year was awarded to Senior Lieutenant Alexander Solomatin and Lieutenant Alexander Makarov (Voronezh, VUNC of the Air Force “Air Force Academy” named after Professor NE Zhukovsky and YA Gagarin).
This year, the head of the Central Officers’ Club of the Aerospace Forces, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation established a special prize “For Contribution to the Development of Culture in the Aerospace Forces.” On this day, she was handed over to the head of the 131st House of Officers Olga Mishchenko.
