The ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement took place today at the All-Russian Federal Penitentiary Service Institute. The document was signed by the head of the Vladimir Law Institute of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Colonel of the Internal Service Vasily Ponkratov and General Director of the State Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve Sergei Rybakov.

As part of the working meeting, the parties discussed promising areas of interaction in the field of cultural, leisure and patriotic work, visiting museum expositions, exhibitions, as well as organizing excursion programs for the Vladimir-Suzdal Museum-Reserve. The meeting also discussed the issue of the implementation of the all-Russian project “Pushkinskaya Karta”.

This agreement was signed with a view to strengthening and expanding bilateral cooperation, exchange of information, participation in joint projects in the field of education, science, culture and sports. As part of the implementation of this agreement, the parties will assist each other in holding various socially significant events aimed at patriotic and moral-aesthetic education of the personnel of the All-Russian Federal Penitentiary Service of the Russian Federation.
