A serviceman of the Eastern Military District (VVO) in Kamchatka was awarded a target housing loan agreement within the framework of a military mortgage. The 300,000th member of the accumulative mortgage system of lending to military personnel, who exercised their right to provide housing, was the senior sailor of the Pacific Fleet, Alexandra Cretskaya.

Today, Konstantin Yaroslavtsev, head of the Federal State Institution of Defense of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Konstantin Yaroslavtsev, presented the servicemen with congratulations from the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov and handed over a targeted housing loan agreement.

After that, a loan agreement was signed with the soldier for the purchase of an apartment, according to which the state will provide funds for the initial payment and monthly payments for the entire duration of military service.

For the Cretan family, this is the second apartment purchased under the system of accumulative mortgage lending, one of the advantages of which is the possibility of acquiring several residential premises. Earlier, Alexandra’s husband, ensign Nikolai of Crete, had already exercised his right to housing.

“The accumulation and mortgage system for 17 years of its existence has proved that it is an effective tool in solving the housing problem of military personnel. To date, 300,000 servicemen have exercised their right to provide living quarters, of which 272,000 have acquired housing and 28,000 have received savings at the end of their military service, ”said the head of Rosvoenipoteka Konstantin Yaroslavtsev.
