The investor built a preschool institution as part of a large residential complex.

A new kindergarten will open on September 17 in the Vnukovsky settlement. It was built as part of a large residential complex on Boris Pasternak Street (building 47a), she said Anastasia Pyatova, chairman Moskomstroyinvest.

The building with an area of more than 4.7 thousand square meters is designed for 350 children. The three-storey building can accommodate 14 groups. Here are equipped rooms for classes, a gym and rooms for staff.

The investor commissioned the building in June and then handed it over to the city. In August, the company completed the construction of another kindergarten for 350 children in the same complex (8a Boris Pasternak Street). It became the sixth preschool educational institution on the territory of the residential complex, where more than 60 buildings have already been commissioned.

447 buildings have been built in Moscow since 2011 educational institutions, including 321 kindergartens and 126 schools. The plans for 2021–2023 include the construction of more than 90 buildings at the expense of the city budget. Investors will build about the same amount.
