You can cast your vote from 08:00 on September 17 to 20:00 on September 19.

On September 17, at 08:00, voting began in the 2021 All-Russian elections. Muscovites can elect deputies of the State Duma, the Moscow City Duma in two electoral districts (No. 19 – Veshnyaki, part of Ivanovskoye and Novogireevo districts, No. 37 – Akademichesky, Gagarinsky, Lomonosovsky districts, part of Vernadsky Prospekt district), as well as municipal deputies in Shchukin. This year, voting will last three days – until 20:00 on September 19.

You can cast your vote not only at polling stations, but also online. Those who managed to submit an application before 23:59 on September 13 can take part in remote electronic voting. More than two million Muscovites will be able to vote online – everyone who successfully passed the data check at the Central Election Commission of Russia and other departments received a message about this on the eve of the vote.

Online voting is available from 08:00 on September 17 to 20:00 on September 19. To vote, you need to log in to and go to the page voting. After that, you need to put a tick in the selected box and click the “Vote” button.

Those who did not have time to register for online voting can come to polling stations… And if, for health reasons or other valid reasons, you or your loved ones cannot do this, you can vote at home. To do this, you need to submit an application at your polling station – in person or by phone (by 14:00 on September 19).

Those who applied to vote electronically are entered into the online voter register and cannot receive a paper ballot.
