In order to improve skills in hitting various targets in the daytime and at night in difficult weather conditions, psychological training sessions were held with servicemen of sniper pairs of the Central Military District (CVO). They used new techniques to increase the level of concentration and accelerate the adaptation of snipers to adverse conditions.

During the training, the servicemen complied with the standards for fire training, conducted reconnaissance of the target, camouflaged firing positions and worked out the destruction of unmanned aerial vehicles. Snipers also learned new methods of organizing sniper ambushes.

More than 300 servicemen and about 10 units of military equipment were involved in the event.
