Artillery and missile fire control trainings were conducted at 3 specialized training grounds located in the Kaliningrad region. In total, since the beginning of the field trip, which lasted more than 2 months, the artillerymen and missilemen of the BF army corps conducted more than 300 multidimensional trainings, about half of them with live fire.

During the training, the personnel of missile and artillery units in practice improved the skills and abilities of marching training, equipment of firing positions and missile launch areas, performing anti-fire maneuvers, direct artillery fire, semi-direct fire and from closed firing positions, as well as the use of unmanned aircraft to determine targets of destruction and adjustments of shooting. In addition, the crews of the Iskander operational-tactical complexes worked out the issues of covert movement, counter-sabotage operations and protection against weapons of mass destruction.

The field exit ended with a tactical-special exercise, during which various artillery systems of cannon and rocket artillery, as well as missile systems were involved.

More than 2 thousand servicemen and up to 300 units of weapons, military and special equipment of the missile forces and artillery of the army corps of the Baltic Fleet took part in the field exit.
