Every eighth resident of the special economic zone exports its products.

In the first six months of 2021, residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow supplied products abroad for a total amount of 523 million rubles, which is 3.3 times more than in the same period in 2020.

“The export volume of residents of the special economic zone of the capital continues to grow steadily. In the first six months of 2021, it amounted to 523 million rubles, which is 3.3 times higher than the figure for the same period last year – 159.4 million rubles – and 3.4 times the figure for the first half of 2019, when the export volume of residents was 154 , 5 million rubles. The largest volume of exports was provided by manufacturers of microelectronics – they accounted for about 70 percent of the total.

“In the first half of 2021, enterprises of the microelectronics cluster were in the lead in the supply of products abroad – they provided almost 70 percent of the total export volume, selling goods abroad in the amount of 365.7 million rubles. Also, inspection and disinfection and washing equipment, lithium-ion batteries, composite materials were sent for export, ”said the head of the capital. The presence of goods from the Moscow Special Economic Zone in foreign markets continues to expand. According to Gennady Degtev, General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ, residents’ products are purchased in Europe – Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia. Foreign supplies go to Asia – China, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Myanmar. We also export to the CIS countries, Egypt, Turkey, Israel, the USA and Canada.

The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone consists of five sites with a total area of ​​223.3 hectares. One of them is located in Pechatniki, the rest are in Zelenograd: Mikron, MIET, Angstrem and Alabushevo.
