New lanes for urban passenger transport will allow buses to freely approach the stops “Gidroproekt” and “Metro Oktyabrskoye Pole”.

Two new dedicated lanes for public transport have appeared in the Sokol and Shchukino districts. Buses can pass them in about a minute.

One of the highlighted lines passes along the flyover connecting Leningradsky Prospekt and the Volokolamskoye Highway backup when moving to the region. With its appearance, the movement of buses accelerated one and a half times, and the access to the stop “Gidroproekt” became freer.

The new dedicated lane can be used by buses of eight routes, which carry more than 60 thousand people daily.

Another bus lane is organized on the section of Marshal Biryuzova Street (in both directions) between Narodnogo Opolcheniya and Marshal Sokolovsky Streets. There are seven buses running here, which are used by more than 30 thousand people every day.

Now buses can drive up to the Oktyabrskoye Pole Metro stop without hindrance, and getting in and out of passengers has become safer.
