It is planned to build and reconstruct more than five kilometers of roads.

The specialists have started the construction of supports and the superstructure of the overpass, which will pass through the Moscow Ring Road along the Altufevskoe highway. This was announced by the head of the Moscow Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“The construction of temporary ramps, the equipment of permanent ramps, the dismantling of the existing overpass across the Moscow Ring Road and the reconstruction of utilities are continuing,” he said.

According to the contract, the construction should be completed in January 2023. In general, it is planned to build and reconstruct 5.4 kilometers of roads, including two overpasses with a length of 0.4 kilometers.

“Now we are working on the reconstruction of four objects on the Moscow Ring Road: interchanges at the intersection with Altufevskoe, Ostashkovskoe shosse, Lipetskaya street, Verkhniye Polya and Kapotnya streets,” added Rafik Zagrutdinov.

In total, since 2011, 18 interchanges on the Moscow Ring Road with a total length of roads have been reconstructed in the capital more than 150 kilometers.
