Servicemen of a separate unit of radiation, chemical and biological (RCB) protection of the Central Military District (CVD) worked out covering field control points from cruise missiles using aerosol curtains during the exercise, which ended today at a training ground in the Sverdlovsk region.

During the drawing of the tactical episode of aerosol camouflage, the specialists of the TDA-3 thermal smoke machines hid the objects of the protected area from the missile guidance and reconnaissance aircraft of the imaginary enemy, including in the infrared range. Objective quality control of the aerosol cover was carried out by calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles “Orlan-10”.

In total, about 100 servicemen and more than 20 units of military equipment were involved in the exercise.
