“357 people (141 families) live in two old five-storey buildings on Yerevan Street. 336 people (135 families) have already decided on apartments in the neighboring new building. In the near future, employees of the City Property Department will contact them and invite them to conclude the relevant agreements. The rest of the citizens continue to inspect the proposed housing. They can report their consent to the move to the information center located on the first floor of the new building, ”said Maksim Gaman.
House 8 on Yerevan Street was built as part of the renovation program in 2021. The first floor of this monolithic building is non-residential; public premises will be located here. The house has underground parking. In the courtyard of the new building there are children’s and sports grounds, landscaping and landscaping have been completed. Within walking distance are a school, kindergartens, a clinic, shops, as well as places for recreation – the Sosenki park and the Tsaritsyn ponds complex. Tsaritsyno Metro Station of the Zamoskvoretskaya Metro Line is a 10-minute walk away.
