The super service combines all the services required by Muscovites at different stages of the move. Today, participants in the renovation program have already received more than 120 thousand personal notifications about the stages of resettlement, and an online instruction “Moving under the renovation program”more than 154 thousand Muscovites have already taken advantage of it.

It is especially important to help those who, for various reasons, need additional actions and documents to move. The digital ecosystem of Moscow allows you to solve most of the issues with moving online, without personal visits and any difficulties. In the future, other services will also go online, which will simplify the move in such a way that the program participant will only need to come in person to inspect the apartment once, the rest of the tasks will be solved remotely, “said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head Department of Information Technology Edward Lysenko.

How to use the service of an appointment with a notary

To make an online appointment with a notary, you need to go to the section “Housing, housing and communal services, yard”the catalog of services for residents and in the special tab “Renovation” select the line “Pre-registration for visiting a notary within the framework of the renovation program”.

Registration takes place in two stages: first you need to fill out an electronic application (all information about the applicant and information about where and where the renovation participant is moving from are filled in automatically from the personal account), select a notary from the list of available for registration and send an application. Within 14 calendar days, the notary will check the correctness of the application and the availability of all the required documents, prepare a draft agreement and, if necessary, request copies or missing materials – about which the user will receive a notification in his personal account or by e-mail. You can also write to a notary or provide scans of documents online. After confirming the application, the notary will additionally send information about the time frame for preparing the draft agreement.

At the second stage, when the draft agreement is ready, the notary will send a confirmation to the applicant, as well as indicate a list of original documents that will need to be brought to the appointment. After that, the applicant will only have to choose a convenient date and time for admission in the next seven calendar days.

The cost of notary services for concluding an agreement for participants in the renovation program is compensated by the city. The exception is the issuance of powers of attorney and the departure of a notary at home.

The service “Assistance in organizing the move” has been completely transferred online

The service “Preliminary registration for visiting a notary within the framework of the renovation program” was developed by specialists from the Department of Information Technologies and the Department of Urban Development Policy and the Department of City Property of the city of Moscow. You can also make an appointment with a notary on other issues online on the portal– the electronic service was launched in cooperation with the Moscow City Notary Chamber in June this year. Since the launch of the service, it has been used more than 1,300 times.
