How the renovation program is being implemented in Moscow
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns 5176 houses, which contain 350 thousand apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters. Thanks to her, housing conditions will be able to improve about one million Muscovites.
The first program participants received new apartments in February 2018. Today, residents of 311 houses have already moved or are moving. 113 houses were built for them. The resettlement affected 47.6 thousand citizens, of whom 39.1 thousand already live in new apartments.
