The lobby of the residential part will house a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment and mailboxes.
The building will be equipped with cargo-and-passenger elevators with visual and tactile means of information.
The new building will be equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as video surveillance.
The adjacent territory will be landscaped. A children’s playground with modern swings and slides will be built in the courtyard of the new house. For outdoor sports lovers, new exercise equipment, horizontal bars and parallel bars will be installed.
