Resettlement by renovation programstarts in Severny Butovo. This is already the eighth district of the south-west of the capital, where, within the framework of the program, the townspeople receive new apartments.

“Almost 200 families from houses 3, 5 and 7 on the same street are starting to move to a new house at 7/1 Feodosiyskaya Street. The houses to be settled and the new building are located in close proximity to each other, and thus residents maintain their usual way of life, but in more comfortable conditions, “- said the head of the capital

Department of Urban Development Policy Sergey Levkin.

According to him, on September 25, an information center began to work on the first floor of the new building. Its specialists are ready to advise participants in the renovation program.

In total, six residential buildings will be settled in Severny Butovo. It is planned to complete this work in full by 2028.

The renovation program was approved in the capital in 2017. It includes 5176 houses in which about a million Muscovites live. Since the beginning of the implementation of the program, 126 new buildings have been handed over for settlement. 145 houses have been put into operation and are preparing to receive residents.
