In Dagestan, at the base of the Caspian Flotilla (CFL), servicemen and members of their families who arrived at their first duty station this year are provided with permanent and service housing. There is a planned settlement of a modern residential complex on Dzhigitskaya street in the city of Makhachkala.

100% of graduates of higher educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Defense and military training centers of technical universities of the country received new service apartments in new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with plumbing and kitchen equipment, metering devices, split systems to maintain a comfortable indoor climate, smoke detectors and a fire alarm system. The format of the provided housing is “Call in and live”.

New buildings are designed taking into account the climatic conditions and seismic activity in the region. Also, during the construction, the specialists of the Military Construction Complex of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation performed a set of energy-saving measures, applied the latest thermal insulation materials, developed and installed a modern heating and drainage system. A video surveillance system is installed along the perimeter of the residential complex, children’s playgrounds and sports grounds are equipped on the adjoining territory. A kindergarten is also open for children of KFL servicemen within walking distance.

Currently, more than 500 families of servicemen of the flotilla are already living in four new buildings. The first stage of construction of housing for military personnel has been fully implemented. Military builders are building a school for 1,200 students, and a decision has been made to build a naval hospital.
