The military commissariats of the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions, as well as the Komi Republic, subordinate to the headquarters of the Northern Fleet, are ready for the autumn conscription. For the northern regions of Russia, the autumn conscription campaign is traditionally more massive than the spring one, since it is attended by recruits from Komi and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug who are not involved in spring and summer. 67 draft commissions covering all municipal districts and three constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the Far North will work with the conscripts.

For reference:

In the period from October to December, almost four thousand young people will be drafted into the Armed Forces of Russia, Rosgvardia and other power structures from the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions, as well as the Republic of Komi and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. About 40 percent of them will serve in the Northern Fleet.

As in previous calls made during the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, military commissariats took all prescribed anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. The main attention is paid to the prevention of morbidity. All employees have been vaccinated and revaccinated, work in compliance with the requirements of hygiene and masking. Mandatory thermometry at the entrance to institutions, the use of medical masks and antiseptics have become commonplace.
