Servicemen of a separate regiment of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the tank army of the Western Military District, stationed in the Nizhny Novgorod region, congratulated the oldest resident of the village of Central, home front worker Bykova Lyubov Fedorovna on her 96th birthday.

Military chemists, together with the song and dance ensemble of the ZVO tank army, prepared a concert program for the veteran, consisting of instrumental numbers and song compositions. In the courtyard of the house for Lyubov Fedorovna, famous songs of the war years were performed by artists of the Western Military District, and a mini-parade was also held in the courtyard of her house.

At the end of the event, the military personnel of the Western Military District conveyed words of congratulations to Lyubov Fedorovna, warmly thanking her for the courage, perseverance and courage shown during the war years. Then the servicemen invited the veteran to a table to drink tea in the courtyard of her house and talk about her youth, military service after the war and her social work.

For reference: Bykova Lyubov Fedorovna, was born on September 26, 1925 in Tatarstan. Then we moved to the Nizhny Novgorod region. Lyubov Fedorovna at the time of the outbreak of the war, as a teenager, worked in the rear (unloaded trains), later received the profession of a radio operator. From 1943 she worked as a radio operator at the Gorokhovets Central Aviation and Railway Range.
