Major Dmitry Pyrkov, senior officer of the Aerospace Forces physical training group, checked the army management.

To assess the level of strength training, the servicemen of the army directorate performed flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position, pull-ups on the bar, bench press, lifting by force and lifting with a coup on the bar and jerking weights.

The endurance of servicemen was tested in running for 1 and 3 kilometers, and speed at distances of 60, 100 and shuttle running 10 x 10 meters.

As a result of passing the physical training control check, more than 90% of the military personnel of the association’s directorate fulfilled the standards for the highest qualification level.
