From 6 to 10 September this year, almost 510 thousand people took part in the events within the framework of the Safety Week.

In Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Naryan-Mar, Vorkuta, Dudinka, Norilsk, Pevek, Tiksi and Varandei, the main sites were deployed, where open lessons, master classes, evacuation trainings in educational organizations, themed theatrical performances for preschoolers, as well as days open doors on the basis of fire and rescue units and an exhibition of fire and rescue equipment.

The main events were concentrated in educational organizations with the participation of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the All-Russian student corps of rescuers, the All-Russian voluntary firefighter society, as well as on street sites, which everyone could visit. A number of events were held online.

According to the organizers, a single action in the regions of the Arctic zone not only helped to attract public attention to the problems of child safety, but also to increase the level of safety culture of the younger generation, taking into account natural features and the corresponding risks for this territory. All participants had the opportunity to practice the rules of behavior in difficult and emergency situations once again in practice.
