From September 22 to 25, 2021, on the basis of the Dynamo sports center, with the support of the Dynamo All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Society and the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, an international mini-football tournament among law enforcement agencies was held, dedicated to the memory of Lev Ivanovich Yashin.

Lev Ivanovich Yashin is a legendary Soviet football player, Olympic champion, European champion, the only goalkeeper in the history of football – winner of the Golden Ball award, awarded to the best football player of the year, the best goalkeeper of the 20th century according to FIFA. Lev Ivanovich gave over 30 years to his native Dynamo and is rightfully one of the symbols of the Dynamo movement.

The idea of ​​holding the tournament belongs to the leadership of the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments and the public-state association “All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Society“ Dynamo ”. This initiative was also supported by the wife of Lev Ivanovich Yashin, Valentina Timofeevna, who addressed the participants with a welcoming speech in the format of a video message.

16 teams representing federal executive bodies of the Russian Federation, regional organizations of the Dynamo Society, territorial bodies of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, collectives of power structures of the Republic of Belarus were invited to participate in the competition. Competitions were held in two age groups: up to 35 years old, 35 years old and older.

The opening ceremony and awarding of the winners and prize-winners was attended by Deputy Chairman of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Society “Dynamo” Nikolai Tolstykh, Head of the Personnel Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, Major General of the Internal Service Alexander Matveenko, Head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Colonel of the Internal Service Eduard Hialeev, Assistant to the Prime Minister – Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan for Law Enforcement and Administrative Activities Daufit Khamadishin, Deputy Chairman of CSO FSO “Dynamo” in the Republic of Tatarstan Colonel of Internal Service Salavat Gaisin, First Deputy Chairman of RPO “Dynamo” No. 32 of the FSIN of Russia Yuri Chuprina.

The tournament was held at a high organizational level, the competition was served by qualified referees of the Football Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the results of the competition, the following teams became the winner and prize-winners in the age group under 35:

1st place – GUFSIN of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory;

2nd place – GUFSIN of Russia in the Irkutsk region;

3rd place – FSO of Russia.

In the age group 35 and older:

1st place – GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan;

2nd place – Dynamo No. 32 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia;

3rd place – the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Altai Territory.

The organizing committee of the tournament has determined the best players in the following nominations:

“Best goalkeeper” – Alexander Kondratyev (Main Directorate of EMERCOM of Russia in St. Petersburg), Andrey Bakaev (“Dynamo” No. 32 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia);

“Best Defender” – Sergei Kremkov (GUFSIN of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory), Viktor Isaenkov (Department of Punishment Execution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus);

“Best Forward” – Alexander Chmutin (FSO of Russia), Nikolay Polyakov (FSIN of Russia for the Altai Territory);

“Best scorer” – Valentin Filippov (GUFSIN of Russia in the Irkutsk region), Nail Yagudin (GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan).
