In the course of practicing the practical elements of the driving course and marching training on specially equipped racetracks and in difficult terrain conditions, young drivers acquire the skills of driving equipment on various roads and off-road, in any weather conditions, in the daytime and in the dark.

Also, in practice, the Marines learn to overcome obstacles and obstacles, limited passages on ascents, descents and slopes, overcome water obstacles of various depths, practice techniques for controlling heavy vehicles and equipment while driving in settlements, marching in columns, acting in emergency situations and elimination of various malfunctions on their own.

The completion of the driving course will be the performance of a 50-kilometer night and 150-kilometer day march. For mechanics-drivers of armored personnel carriers, the final test will be a 50-kilometer march across rough mountainous terrain.

All-wheel drive trucks KAMAZ-53501 of the Mustang family are made according to the 6×6 wheel arrangement, have a carrying capacity of 10 tons and are capable of towing trailers up to 12 tons in off-road conditions. They are equipped with engines of the “Euro-2” level, a reinforced transfer case and a cargo platform with fastenings for the transportation of swap bodies-containers.
