In different districts of Moscow outside the Third Transport Ring, investors will soon build business centers, industrial facilities and a secondary school.

The Moscow government has assigned the status of an investment project to create places of employment for a number of development projects being implemented outside the Third Transport Ring (TTK). The corresponding order was signed Sergei Sobyanin.

As part of these projects, investors will build industrial facilities, business centers and a secondary school with a total area of over 340 thousand square meters. This will create more than 19.5 thousand jobs. Investments in the implementation of projects will amount to over 25 billion rubles.

9.45 thousand jobs will be created by the PIK group of companies. It will build a shopping center on Zelenodolskaya street, a business center on Zarechnaya street, a shopping center on the territory of the former industrial zone Butovo and two business centers on Ozernaya street and in the 2nd passage of Perov Fields. The total area of the facilities will be 186 thousand square meters.

More than 7.2 thousand jobs will be created by companies belonging to the Capital Group. Investors will build two industrial parks in the village of Krekshino and in Zelenograd on General Alekseev Avenue, an industrial complex near the village of Davydkovo and a multifunctional public and business center on Yartsevskaya Street. The total area of the buildings will be 296 thousand square meters.

1.7 thousand jobs will appear thanks to the projects of the companies of the Pioneer group. Among them are the Ostankino business park near the Butyrskaya metro station, the Botanichesky Sad transport hub, a school and a kindergarten in 2nd Kotlyakovsky lane. The total construction area will exceed 171 thousand square meters.

JSC “Specialized developer“ Metromash ”” (AFI Development) will build a multifunctional office and shopping center on Tagilskaya Street with an area of 38 thousand square meters. There will be 1.1 thousand jobs.

Also, Stroyexport LLC will create almost 120 jobs by building a school on Berzarin Street with an area of over 12 thousand square meters.

The program to stimulate the creation of places of employment outside the TTK was approved in 2019 by the Moscow Government. Initially, it was aimed at creating industrial and office facilities. In November 2020, the program was significantly expanded. Now investors can get benefits for the construction of education, science, healthcare and social security, sports, culture, trade, public catering, shopping and entertainment centers and other facilities.

The implementation of the program will allow for a comprehensive balanced development of new districts outside the Third Transport Ring, as well as reduce the shortage of jobs in the blocks of the existing development and reduce pendulum migration within the city.

Now the program involves large developers who plan to invest over 50 billion rubles in development projects and create about 20 thousand jobs.

Developers can apply for special status through Moscow investment portal.
