“The area of ​​another site of the former Kuntsevo industrial zone, subject to integrated development within the framework of the Industrial Quarters program, will exceed 20 hectares. The planned volume of investments in the implementation of the project will amount to almost 20 billion rubles, and the budgetary effect will exceed 1.5 billion rubles a year. The reorganization of the territory will create more than 4.5 thousand jobs, including for engineers and scientists, ”the deputy mayor said.

According to the head of the capital Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Alexandra Prokhorova, in total, it is planned to build almost 270 thousand square meters of real estate on this territory. “On the site of the industrial zone in the Mozhaisk region, high-tech production will occupy about a third of the total area – almost 170 thousand square meters, and public and business buildings – 100 thousand square meters. Banks, cafes, shops, exhibition and fair complexes may appear here, ”he added.

In June of this year, at the XXIV St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement was signed on the integrated development of the territory of the first site, located in the former industrial zone of Kuntsevo. Under this project, two kindergartens for more than 500 places, a polyclinic for 170 visits per shift and residential buildings will be built on a 16-hectare site in the west of Moscow between Molodogvardeyskaya and Bobruiskaya streets. The reorganization of the territory will create almost 1.5 thousand jobs. According to preliminary data, the investor will invest over 100 billion rubles in the project, the expected budgetary effect will be 586 million rubles a year.

Comprehensive development of the territories of the former industrial zones of Moscow within the framework of the Industrial Quarters project will allow the city to receive about 500 thousand jobs and almost three trillion rubles of budget revenues, and the total investment will amount to more than seven trillion rubles.
