A new building on Kastanaevskaya street was built this year. The first floor is non-residential and is intended to accommodate social infrastructure facilities. In the courtyard, specialists completed landscaping and landscaping, organized children’s and sports grounds, and a recreation area. Nearby are kindergartens, schools, a clinic, as well as a picturesque park and Mazilovsky pond. A three-minute walk from the house is the Pionerskaya metro station.
