“Moscow is a kind city” for 2019 and 2020. In total, the navigator contains over 935 addresses in 24 categories of social services. In September, we introduced an update package that takes into account the wishes of Moscow residents. Thanks to the update, Social Navigator has become more convenient and functional. Now the service looks like a full-screen map with smart search and optimized navigation “, – said the deputy head Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the City of MoscowNikita Solomin.
The user immediately gets to the interactive map, the same widget is on the main page of the site Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population… Each social service card has a full description of it and information about the organization where it can be obtained.
When searching, you can set several filters at once: by type of organization, district, accessibility of the facility for people with limited mobility, and so on. Smart search will prompt a person for the names of services and organizations, as well as addresses, based on keywords or parts of words.
The interactive map appeared in Social Navigator two years ago and is regularly updated. Here Muscovites can find the nearest organization where they can help them find a job, receive free training, and receive psychological and legal support. The map also shows mediation and homelessness services, teenage clubs, foster schools, crisis centers, support for families with children with various illnesses, and many other organizations.
Last year, the Social Navigator project of the Department of Labor and Social Protection won the annual award Digital Communications Awards in the category “External Communication”.
