Specialists of the housing and communal service No. 10 (Buinaksk) of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution (FSBI) “Central Housing and Communal Administration” (“TsZhKU”) of the Ministry of Defense of Russia in the Southern Military District (YuVO) have completed a complex of work on the overhaul of thermal facilities a military town in the city of Kaspiysk, the Republic of Dagestan.

In accordance with the state contract in the boiler room No. 131 of the military town, work was carried out on the overhaul of two Fakel-G boilers, engineering equipment and more than 4 thousand linear meters of the external and internal heat supply pipelines. Also, four pumps were installed, water treatment systems were replaced.

Preparation of military social infrastructure facilities for the autumn-winter period is carried out to reduce the impact of temperature and other atmospheric factors on the structural stability of utility facilities, prevent emergency wear and tear and prevent equipment malfunctions in life support systems.

All work was carried out on time, which makes it possible to start the heating period of 2021-2022 on time. At present, commissioning and pressure testing of the external pipeline system is being carried out.

This boiler house provides heat to 48 objects for various purposes, including 10 barracks, 3 dormitories, 2 canteens, 3 headquarters, a medical complex, 11 housing buildings and 18 other objects.
