“From today, a resettlement information center has started working on the first non-residential floor of a new building on Yunykh Lenintsev Street (building 73). Residents of two five-story buildings, located at the addresses: Yunykh Lenintsev Street, building 44, building 3 and building 71, building 2. In total, more than 400 people, said Sergei Levkin.

On the territory of the district, 19 launch sites have been selected, on which more than 200 thousand square meters of real estate can be built. In total, 287 residential buildings are to be resettled under the renovation program.

The head of the department stressed that the Kuzminki district is considered one of the leaders in terms of the number of houses included in the renovation program. Their total area is over one million square meters. Over the course of the program, apartments in new buildings will be handed over to more than 64 thousand people.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. Thanks to it, more than a million Muscovites from 5176 houses will be able to improve their living conditions. For its implementation, 523 launch sites were selected. The program participants are provided with apartments with improved finishing, and social infrastructure facilities are being created in the districts.
