In the Obruchevsky district, residents of 17 houses are to be relocated.

“Inspection orders have been issued to 80 families living in a panel house at 24 Garibaldi Street, Building 1. Today, the district is relocating from three five-story buildings to two new buildings. It is planned to start resettlement of just over two thousand people by 2024, ”the head of the department said.

In the Obruchevsky district, under the renovation program, 17 houses with a total area of ​​58 thousand square meters, in which 3.5 thousand people live, are subject to resettlement and demolition.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017, it concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5176 houses.
