In the Leningrad Region, the crews of the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and cannon systems of the Leningrad Army of the Air Force and the Air Defense of the Western Military District passed tests in driving combat vehicles in the framework of control exercises.

Drivers of combat vehicles based on KamAZ-6560 vehicles fulfilled a number of driving standards at the regimental autodrome, including “Snake”, “Dimensional corridor”, “Dimensional courtyard”, “Dead-end overpass”, as well as “Dimensional eight”. The actions of the servicemen on the route were assessed by instructors under the guidance of the chief of the automobile service.

Before the practical passing of the standards, the participants passed theoretical tests on the knowledge of safety requirements when driving large vehicles.

More than 150 military personnel from among the driver and technical staff were involved in the classes.
