From the opening speech of Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the Presidium of the Coordinating Council under the Government to combat the spread of a new coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation

We are talking about patients who receive medical care on an outpatient basis, that is, they are treated at home under the supervision of doctors. To prevent the unfavorable course of the disease and the development of complications, they are prescribed combined treatment regimens. All necessary medications are provided free of charge on the prescription of the attending physician.

The decision was announced on September 30 at meeting of the Coordination Council for the fight against the spread of coronavirus infection… Mikhail Mishustin drew the attention of his colleagues that the epidemiological situation in the country remains tense – more than 20 thousand new cases are detected every day, and the number of hospitalizations is growing. Moreover, most of the sick are treated at home under the supervision of doctors.
