As part of the final audit for 2021, which takes place from October 4 to October 16 of this year in the formations and military units of the Airborne Forces, the Airborne Forces command commission under the general leadership of the Chief of Staff of the Forces Colonel-General Yevgeny Ustinov arrived in Kubinka near Moscow and began to check training units of a separate guards special-purpose unit of the Airborne Forces.

On the first day, a drill inspection of the formation’s personnel was carried out, as well as a control exercise in drill training.

Within two weeks, a commission of the command of the Airborne Forces will assess the level of training of personnel, as well as the state of weapons, military and special equipment and the possibility of the formation to carry out measures to bring them to the highest degree of readiness. In addition, facilities, rear, military camp and warehouses will be checked.

In accordance with the inspection schedule, the subunits will be assessed based on the results of control exercises, live firing, compliance with the standards for tactical, technical and special training.

The control measures of the special-purpose formation are carried out in accordance with the training plan of the Airborne Forces and will last until the middle of this month.
