As part of the control check for 2021, in the period from October 4 to 12 of this year, the personnel of the Tula Guards Airborne Force are involved in the final physical fitness check.
The military personnel of the compound pass the standards for strength, speed and endurance. Strength exercises of the dealer’s choice include pull-ups on the bar, roll-ups on the bar, pull-ups on the bar (going out on both hands), flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position, and also pushing two weights of 24 kg each.
Speed exercises (also at the option of the candidate) consist of three elements: 60 and 100 m run, 10×10 m shuttle run, 50 m swimming. Endurance exercises – 1 and 3 km distance cross, 500 m swimming.
During the inspection, an increased level of physical fitness of servicemen is noted.
