Since the beginning of the implementation of the program, 21 houses have already been commissioned in the district.
In the South-West Administrative District of Moscow, four residential buildings were commissioned for relocation under the renovation program. “Two of them are located in the Zyuzino area on Kerchenskaya street, possession 30, building 1 and possession 26, building 1, and under one – in the Obruchevsky districts, microdistrict 38a, building 8 and Konkovo, block 44–47, building 11″, – said the head of the Moscow Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.
Residential buildings were built according to individual projects. The finished improved finishing in the new apartments fully complies with the renovation standards approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.
The first floors are non-residential – they are intended to accommodate infrastructure facilities, offices and technical premises for servicing a residential building.
In the lobby of the residential part of the houses, there is a stroller, a concierge room, a storage room for cleaning equipment, and a mailbox area. Elevators were installed in the houses, they were equipped with visual and tactile means of information.
A barrier-free environment has been created for people with limited mobility. The entrance to the building, the floor of the lobby and the elevator hall on the first floors are located at the same level with the ground level – parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the staircase without assistance. The tiles with a rough surface at the entrance will prevent slipping at any time of the year.
Children’s playgrounds and sports grounds, as well as recreation areas were placed on the adjacent territories. Experts carried out landscaping and landscaping – planted trees and shrubs, laid out lawns and flower beds.
“17 residential buildings are being built in the South-Western Administrative District for resettlement under the renovation program. In addition, six more facilities are in the design stage. Since the beginning of the implementation of the program, 21 houses have already been commissioned in the district, including eight new buildings since the beginning of this year. Four more residential buildings are planned to be commissioned by the end of the year, ”added Rafik Zagrutdinov.
The housing stock renovation program was approved in 2017. It includes 5176 houses, which contain more than 350 thousand apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters. Thanks to her, more than a million Muscovites will be able to improve their living conditions. Two million square meters of housing have already been built for the participants.
