“In the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, three residential buildings were commissioned for relocation under the renovation program. The houses were built according to individual projects. The finished improved finishing in the new apartments fully complies with the standards of the renovation program approved by the decree of the Moscow Government.
The first floors were made non-residential, there it will be possible to place infrastructure facilities, office or technical premises for servicing a residential building.
The residential lobby has a stroller, concierge room, cleaning pantry and mailboxes. The lifts are equipped with visual and tactile media.
All the conditions of a barrier-free environment have been created in the houses so that residents with limited mobility can get into the entrance without outside help. The tiles with a rough surface at the entrance to the staircase will prevent slipping at any time of the year.
Playgrounds are located near the houses, trees and bushes have been planted, lawns and flower beds have been laid out.
According to Rafik Zagrutdinov, 154 houses with a total area of two million square meters have been built since the beginning of the renovation program. For nine months of this year, 62 houses were commissioned with a living area of 872.8 thousand square meters (total area – 1357.3 thousand square meters).
It is planned to commission about 35 more residential buildings by the end of the year and transfer 22 residential buildings with 7,000 apartments for resettlement.
The renovation program was approved in 2017. It includes 5176 houses in which about a million Muscovites live.
