Free vaccination against coronavirus infection continues in the capital.

The city has recorded 4,610 new cases of COVID-19. 1,178 people were hospitalized per day. 496 patients are connected to artificial lung ventilation devices. This was told in the operational headquarters for control and monitoring of the situation with coronavirus in Moscow.

Over the past day, Moscow doctors have cured another 2,177 patients from COVID-19. For the entire time of the pandemic, 1,511,856 people have already recovered. During the day, 72 patients died with a confirmed diagnosis of pneumonia and a positive test result for coronavirus.

From October 1, all those who come to the doctor with symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections undergo rapid testing for antigen to coronavirus. A positive result is considered a confirmed case of the disease. Such patients are immediately prescribed a treatment regimen and are given medications. Together with express testing, a PCR test is still being done.

In Moscow, you can get vaccinated against COVID-19 free of charge by appointment at one of the vaccination centers based on polyclinics, as well as without an appointment at the points of work of mobile teams in popular public places.
