The elevators with a lifting capacity of 630 and 400 kilograms are equipped with visual and tactile means of information. The entrance to the building, the floor of the lobby and the elevator hall on the ground floor are made on the same level with the ground. So parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the staircase without assistance. To prevent anyone from slipping, tiles with a rough surface were laid at the entrance.

The new building was equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as video surveillance.
