The advantages of the developed complex are the following facts: high maneuverability and cross-country ability on rough terrain; diagnostic algorithms in an automated mode eliminate the need for highly qualified repairmen at the firing position; in contrast to known diagnostic systems, it allows evaluating not only functioning failures, but also parametric failures, as well as predicting the residual operating time of friction units to failure; allows for reconnaissance of the terrain using a quadcopter equipped with a video camera, as well as video recording of the combat damage of the SG.
The complex is designed to solve technical reconnaissance tasks by moving to a firing position to a failed self-propelled howitzer (SG) in remote control mode, connecting to the system of sensors monitoring parameters of assembly units of the SG, automatically assessing the technical condition and deciding on the type of repair and the place of its implementation.
