Servicemen of the logistics unit (MTO) of the Central Military District (CVO), stationed in the Kemerovo Region, organized the delivery of ammunition to hard-to-reach areas during the exercise at the Yurginsky training ground.

According to the plan of the exercise, the MTO specialists had to organize the delivery of ammunition to a hard-to-reach area, where motorized rifle and artillery units perform tasks to destroy the positions of a simulated enemy.

Truck drivers based on KAMAZ vehicles made a multi-kilometer march, during which they worked on refueling military equipment with the help of ATZ-12-63501 tankers in the field, as well as laying a collapsible road surface to overcome swampy terrain.

Having successfully overcome the difficult route, the servicemen of the MTO formation timely delivered ammunition for motorized rifle and artillery units.

In addition, during the exercise, the servicemen worked out the issues of repelling the attack of conditional sabotage groups, overcoming contaminated areas of the terrain on foot and in vehicles.

More than 500 military personnel took part in the exercise, which took place today as part of the 2021 control check, and about 40 units of military and special equipment were involved.
