As part of the final check for the 2021 academic year, units of a separate guards special-purpose unit of the Airborne Forces from Kubinka near Moscow began to hand over one of the main training subjects for the Airborne Forces – airborne training (ATP).

During the control exercises, the scouts of the compound passed the standards for packing the D-10 main and reserve parachutes, as well as the Arbalet-2 special-purpose parachute systems.

In addition, the servicemen had to determine on the dummies of paratroopers-paratroopers errors in packing, counter-adjustment and fitting of the harness, with which the paratroopers are not allowed to make a parachute jump, as well as demonstrate their skills in putting on the main and reserve parachute with weapons and equipment for a while.

Also, the actions of paratroopers-paratroopers in the air on the stocks of the harness, on parachute jumps during landing, high-altitude models of aircraft and helicopters, as well as methods of extinguishing the canopy of parachute systems in strong winds were also worked out and evaluated.

Upon completion of the control exercises, the scouts made jumps from the complex parachute simulator.

The entire personnel of the divisions coped with the task, showing good results.
