The new building on Samarkand Boulevard will have 144 apartments (17 one-room, 103 two-room, 24 three-room). There are 183 apartments in the house in Fergana Passage (30 one-room, 130 two-room, 23 three-room).

Three apartments in each house will be equipped for residents with limited mobility. They will expand the corridors and install special plumbing. In addition, each apartment will have improved finishing according to the standard of the renovation program.

Each building will have an elevator lobby, rooms for strollers and for storing cleaning equipment, an attendant’s room, a mailbox area and technical rooms in the lobby of the residential part. Also on the ground floors there will be non-residential premises, offices and technical premises.

New buildings are equipped with security systems for the entrance to the building, warning and evacuation control in case of fire, fire alarms, as well as video surveillance cameras.

The entrance to the buildings, the floor of the lobbies and elevator halls on the first floors will be made at the same level with the ground. Parents with strollers and people with limited mobility will be able to get into the staircase without assistance. To prevent residents from slipping, tiles with a rough surface will be laid at the entrances.

The renovation program was approved in 2017. About a million Muscovites will move to modern apartments, 5176 houses will be resettled. In SEAD, according to the renovation program, residents of 818 houses will have to be relocated. In the area already transferred for settlement 11 new buildings with 1,639 apartments.
