“For nine months of 2021, the volume of purchases from individual entrepreneurs and individuals through the supplier portal increased by 60.3 percent compared to the same period in 2020, when this figure was 6.8 billion rubles, and by 153 percent compared to 2019. when the volume of purchases reached 4.3 billion rubles, “he said.
Supplier portal is not only a tool for conducting purchases in the interests of Moscow and other regions of the country. The service also provides small businesses with an additional sales channel. This is especially important as many entrepreneurs faced difficulties during the pandemic.
“The importance of purchases carried out on the portal of suppliers for individual entrepreneurs and individuals is evidenced by the fact that not only the total volume and number of transactions, but also the average size of the transaction have grown in recent years. If in the nine months of 2019 it was about 94 thousand rubles, then for the same period of 2020 it was more than 121 thousand rubles, and in 2021 it exceeded 142 thousand rubles “, – said the head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Ivan Shcherbakov.
To participate in procurement on the supplier portal, an individual entrepreneur must register as a legal entity. Self-employed can register as individuals, but an enhanced qualified electronic signature is required to work. All users of the supplier portal can participate in purchases under 44-FZ and 223-FZ.
“The supplier portal is becoming more in demand thanks to the successful implementation, including of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as the improvement and development of services. Neural algorithms simplify the work when creating new product items of the catalog, microsites-business cards make it possible to promote the supplier’s goods and services even on third-party sites, and in case of questions about working with the portal, you can always get prompt feedback. Today, more than 80 percent of requests are processed by the portal’s chat bot, “said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies.
Supplier portal created in 2013 to automate small-volume procurement procedures. Today, more than 238 thousand suppliers work with the resource. More than 100 new users appear on the portal every day. The catalog of unique goods, works and services has over 1.4 million items.
