According to the results of the auction, the share of domestic products in state and municipal purchases of goods as of August 2021 increased to 60.9% (55.6% in 2020).

“Such dynamics is the result of systemic measures, including the updating of regulatory and legal acts,” noted Vyacheslav Shport. – Under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, federal laws No. 249-FZ and 250-FZ were developed and adopted in July 2020, which amended 44-FZ and 223-FZ, which gave the Government the right to establish the minimum share of purchases of Russian products.
