196 houses are to be resettled in the district.

Seven educational facilities will be built in Perov as part of the renovation program. This was announced by the head of the Department of urban planning policy of the city of Moscow Sergey Levkin

According to the approved project for the planning of the territory of quarters 11-12, 21-22, 23-24 (parts of the 29th and 68th microdistricts), it is planned to build three schools for 950 students and four kindergartens for 950 children.

The area is actively implementing the renovation program. So, for the wave relocation of its participants and the construction of houses, 15 launch sites were selected, on which 204.1 thousand square meters of housing will appear.

In total, 196 houses will be settled in the district, five of which will be reconstructed and adapted for modern use. The resettlement of residents of house 27, building 2 on Zeleny Prospekt is now nearing completion. After the demolition of the five-story building, the territory will be landscaped.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. About a million Muscovites will receive modern apartments, in total 5176 houses will be resettled. For the implementation of the program, 523 launch sites were selected.
