The song and dance ensemble of the Central Military District performed on the territory of the 201st Russian military base. The artists began their performance by congratulating the men on Father’s Day and sang the song “My Motherland”. The concert program also included vocal and choreographic numbers performed by the soloists of the ensemble and dance troupe. The presenters of the concert recalled the Cossacks, who had long defended the borders of our vast Motherland, after which a Cossack dance was performed for the audience – flanking with checkers.

The 201st military base stationed in Tajikistan is Russia’s largest military facility outside its borders. Located in two cities – Dushanbe and Bokhtar. It includes motorized rifle, tank, artillery, reconnaissance units, air defense units, RCB protection and communications.
