The Our City portal was developed in 2011 with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens and the appearance of Moscow through the active participation of residents themselves. Applications are accepted for processing immediately after publication, and the answer comes within eight working days.
More than 1.7 million Muscovites have already joined the project. Online, they can monitor the timeliness and quality of repairs, improvement and maintenance of urban facilities, report violations, evaluate the work of institutions, monitor the work of the metro, clinics and pharmacies, as well as cleanliness and order in courtyards, parks and public transport.
