The specialists will build seven new pedestrian crossings in the area of the Testovskaya, Delovoy Tsentr and Kutuzovskaya transport hubs.

The Moscow government approved a project for the improvement of the territory along the connecting line under construction between the Kiev and Belorussky directions of the Moscow Railway (MZD). Its area was 253.28 hectares. The corresponding decree was signed Sergei Sobyanin.

The stations Kamushki, Ermakova Roshcha, Kutuzovskaya and Poklonnaya Gora will be built on the six-kilometer connecting double-track line between the Kiev and Belorussky directions of the Moscow Railways, as well as reconstructing two existing ones – Begovaya and Belorusskaya.

According to the improvement project, the specialists will build seven new pedestrian crossings in the area of the Testovskaya, Delovoy Tsentr and Kutuzovskaya transport hubs:

– an underground gallery between the Testovskaya MCD-1 station and the territory of public and business buildings;

– crossing over Shmitovskiy proezd and Projected proezd No. 6696a;

– crossing through the Third Transport Ring (TTK), the paths of the connecting line between the Kiev and Belorussky directions of the Moscow Railways and the Projected passage No. 6680;

– crossing the 2nd Krasnogvardeisky passage;

– crossing through Projected passage No. 6680, railway right-of-way (MCC, MCD-1), then through 3rd Magistralnaya street, exits from the Third Transport Ring and under the existing access railway line;

– an overhead passage (bridge) connecting the multifunctional terminal complex with the Moscow-City business center;

– transition from 1st Setunsky passage to the Kutuzovskaya metro station.

In addition, in the future, the existing pedestrian crossing at 26 Podvoisky Street will be integrated with the new railway station Ermakova Roshcha.

It is also planned to reconstruct the adjacent road network on 2nd Magistralnaya Street, Ermakova Roshcha Street, Rozanova Street, in Projected Driveway No. 988, Shmitovsky Drive.

It is planned to build a multifunctional complex with apartments and public and business centers with a total area of over 300 thousand square meters not far from the Testovskaya TPU.

Near the stations along the connecting line between the Kiev and Belorussky directions of the Moscow Railways, additional ground pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, public transport stops, parking areas and bicycle rentals will be organized. From stations to public transport stops, passengers will be able to walk under dry-feet canopies to protect them from rain and snow.

Also, specialists will rebuild engineering communications, create rainwater drainage and outdoor lighting networks, install a distribution point and five transformer substations, and organize a closed surface runoff drainage system.

Improvement of the territory adjacent to the connecting line between the Kiev and Belorussky directions of the Moscow Railways is part of the project to launch the Kievsky-Gorkovsky fourth Moscow central diameter line.
